We are a nordic consulting and recruiting company. We offer the opportunity to work remotely or onsite for Scandinavian companies. Most of the time it will be remote, but not always. We hire both regular employees for our clients and freelance consultants, who are offered full-time contracts for a period of 6-18 months.

Being a freelancer can be lonely sometimes. We offer you the opportunity to be part of a social network with like-minded people, if you wish. If you are in Gdansk or Aarhus you can work from office when you like and take part in our social events.
Remote or onsite? The choice is yours.
It only takes 45 min. to get to Copenhagen from Gdańsk and 1 hour from Warszawa or Krakow. You become more valuable if you can be onsite occasionally. Especially if your role is managerial or advisory. So there is a rate for being onsite and a rate for being remote. What type of job is perfect for you is your choice.
Our role as an agent is to keep you busy.
If you are a freelancer and you find work on the internet, you are most likely not able to invoice 8 hours each day for longer periods. Projects are generally small, low-risk projects, and it takes time to get the jobs.

Being a consultant in Netminds is more like regular work. You will never be asked to give a fixed price and take such risk. We offer fulltime jobs for 6-18 months for just one client. You only have to write one invoice per month and don't have to deal with clients the same way, as when you have your own business.
